Risk Control Specialist

As a Risk Control Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks related to our gaming operations. This includes fraud prevention, financial compliance, player account safety, and operational risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, legal, and customer support to safeguard the business and its players.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze gaming platform transactions to detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.Implement risk assessment procedures and internal control measures to minimize operational and financial risks.Conduct investigations on high-risk accounts, transactions, and game activities.Develop and maintain risk control policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk management strategies.Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify potential vulnerabilities in gaming operations.Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and applicable regulations.Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in risk control, fraud prevention, or compliance, preferably in the gaming or online entertainment sectors.Strong analytical and investigative skills.Knowledge of gaming industry regulations, anti-fraud measures, and AML practices.Proficiency in risk monitoring tools and data analysis software.Excellent communication and report-writing skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
