Schedule: Monday - Friday (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for?Skills RequiredDesktop SupportWindows Server and exposure to Active Directory ManagementMicrosoft Exchange / Exchange Online exposureOffice 365 office suite exposurePrinters (Setup & Configuration)Basic understanding of networksWhat will you do?This is a full-time oƯshore Level 2 support position working closely with our Australian engineering team.You will handle Level 2 tickets, troubleshoot complex incidents, configure systems, and support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, servers, networking, Azure, and modern security tooling.Work fast and manage multiple tickets efficientlyEnter time accurately and consistently (ConnectWise Manage)Follow processes and documentation in a structured ISO 27001 environmentTroubleshoot confidently with minimal supervisionCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teamsTake ownership of tasks and see them through to completionEscalate issues correctly when requiredDeliver high-quality, reliable work under pressureJOIN CONNECTOS NOW!
