Asset Management Analyst

An established investment and asset management firm is seeking a driven Asset Management Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys combining analytical rigour with operational insight to drive the performance of a property investment portfolio.The successful incumbent will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic input that enhances both asset value and portfolio returns.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational SupportAssist in developing and implementing strategies to optimise asset performance and returns.Support leasing and tenant engagement initiatives to maximise income potential.Conduct cost and efficiency reviews to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvements.Contribute to site optimisation and conversion projects across the portfolio.Financial Analysis & ForecastingPrepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and performance reports.Support internal and external property valuations and assist with capital planning initiatives.Analyse performance trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions.Compliance & ReportingMonitor portfolio compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.Prepare periodic performance and management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.1–3 years’ experience in asset management, property finance, or a similar investment environment.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.Understanding of property and asset management principles and related regulatory frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.For more exciting (Finance/ Engineering/ IT / Supply Chain / Commercial & C-Suite) vacancies, please visit:www.networkrecruitmentinternational.com If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
