We are passionate about what we do and seek others that are excited to be in this cutting-edge space!Role’s ObjectiveWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Analyst to join our Crypto Operations & Asset Management team. In this role, you will work closely with crypto operations, asset managers, and finance professionals to support data-driven decisions across digital asset strategies. You’ll build tools and dashboards that monitor risk, support Accounting and Finance, and enhance asset management performance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about crypto markets, data, and building the infrastructure that powers trading intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Querying: Use SQL to extract, clean, and aggregate large datasets from internal databases, centralized exchanges (CEXs), and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocolsDashboarding & Visualization: Build interactive dashboards and real-time analytics tools using Python (e.g., Plotly, Dash, Streamlit) or BI tools to monitor trading performance, P&L, risk exposure, and wallet activityFinancial Modeling: Develop and maintain models for position sizing, strategy backtesting, performance attribution, and scenario analysis tailored to crypto asset behavior Trading Analytics: Track trading activity across venues, identify slippage, latency, gas costs, and liquidity dynamicsCollaboration: Work with quant, finance, and operations teams to ensure consistency of data across pipelines and platforms.
