Asset Management (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities1. Responsible for submitting procurement applications, placing orders, and tracking the procurement progress of spare parts in the Equipment Department.2. Responsible for receiving incoming equipment and spare parts, verifying quantities, conducting quality inspections, and registering them for warehousing.3. Organize regular asset inventories of equipment and spare parts, reconcile physical and recorded data to ensure inventory accuracy.4. Responsible for organizing and maintaining the equipment spare parts ledger and cooperating with customs-related asset verification work.Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automation is preferred.2. At least 1,5-2 years of experience in Warehouse management.3. Good command of English and Mandarin, able to use both as working languages.4. Willing to be placed in PT Genesis Technology Indonesia, Singosari Malang.
