Asset Management Specialist - Inventory/Warehouse

ResponsibilitiesPrior experience in government entities with working knowledge of Ministry of Finance (MOF) asset administration and tracking systems.Manage and supervise warehouse operations related to physical assetsOperate, monitor, and update the approved asset-tracking systemConduct periodic and ad-hoc asset inventory & verificationUpdate and maintain accurate asset data in the systemSupervise receiving, issuance, and handover proceduresEnsure all asset movements follow federal compliance, internal controls, and audit guidelinesMaintain full data integrity, documentation, and reportingCoordinate with finance, procurement, and audit teams for asset governancePerform any additional job-related tasks as required
