Asset Manager

This role is ideal for a Real Estate professional who combines analytical precision, strategic vision, and a long-term mindset. You will join an organization where financial rigor, clarity of purpose, and value creation guide every decision.Responsibilities :Managing and enhancing the performance of a large residential and commercial portfolioDefining and implementing asset-level business plans and value creation strategiesConducting financial analyses (DCF, NAV, yield) and performance trackingSupporting investment and divestment strategiesCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize asset managementEnsuring compliance with Swiss tenancy law and regulatory requirementsRequirements :Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Swiss real estate sector, ideally within a real estate fund or investment management companyStrong understanding of Swiss tenancy law and its financial implicationsProven skills in financial analysis and valuation (DCF, NAV, yield)Ability to bridge operational detail with strategic, long-term visionAnalytical, structured, and value-driven mindsetFluent in French and English; German is a strong plusIf you are motivated, dedicated and passionate, please, feel free to send your resume at ss@ur-capital.com
