Job description:The PMO will be responsible for the following:Administrative TasksDocument Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.Meeting Organization: Prepare, conduct, and follow up on project meetings, including agendas and minutes.Communication Support: Ensure consistent information flow among stakeholders.Methodological and Tool-Based TasksMethodology Expertise: Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (e.g., Prince2).Tool Support: Manage project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and train project staff.Quality Assurance: Support reviews, gate checks, and lessons learned sessionReporting and GovernanceStatus Reporting: Create project status reports for steering committees and management.KPIs and Metrics: Maintain dashboards, traffic light indicators, milestone trend analysis, etc.Steering Committee Preparation: Prepare content and decision-making materialsInterface ManagementCoordination with Other Projects or PMOs: Align dependencies, resources, and shared deliverables.Stakeholder Management: Support identification and communication with relevant stakeholders.About the customer:This is a contract starting in February 2026 running for six months (with chance for extension) offering 40% home office.Requirements:You will possess as many of the following skills as possible:7 years experience in project planning, Risk management and Controlling Over 7 years experience as a (Senior) PMO, ideally in banking or financial servicesExperience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), especially for planning and progress tracking Strong ability to deliver stakeholder-oriented project reporting and communication at C-level Experience in applying project management methodologies such as Prince2 / PMI or IPMA Level B/C Basic understanding of stock exchange operations nice to haveBasic understanding of compliance and security requirements in this domain- nice to haveFluency in English and German (Spanish beneficial)Compensation benefits:Please note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
