The company has a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are available to help with any problems that may arise.As a Project Manager in Supply Chain, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the supply chain to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your main objective is to optimize supply chain processes, minimize risks, and enhance customer satisfaction.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, set goals and milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, warehousing and sales, to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Knowledge And Skills – RequiredAt least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or a similar role.In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and production operations within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex ideas clearly.Fluent in English (business level)Experience with SAP ERPKnowledge And Skills – PreferredFluent in GermanSAP/4 HANA knowledge/experiencePower BI knowledge/experiencePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:Result-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Flexible and high-performance profile Ability to work independently, well organized Structured way of analyzing & solving technical issues independently High level of professionalism and integrity Self-motivatedGutor is an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
