With thriving hubs in Cebu and Manila, we’re helping people like you build meaningful careers while making a real difference for customers around the world.💼 Why You’ll Love It Here• Growth you can see – promotions and career paths await• Learning that sticks – trainings to sharpen your skills• A workplace that cares – inclusive, supportive, and people-first• Health coverage you can count on🛠️ Your Day-to-Day• Perform remote system investigations via the monitoring portals, analyzing performance data, error logs, and system health to identify the root cause.• Provide occasional onsite technical support to contractors• Manage Service enquires through various monitoring platforms• Trouble shoot issues with Solar PV Systems on site and off site• Identifying Defects• Determining and sourcing replacement parts• Creating SO's/BOM (Bill of Materials) in NetSuite for replacement parts• Liaise with system component suppliers for technical support and warranty claim approval• Document their findings in the NetSuite case outcome section• Interface with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes• (O&M)-Check the system is active on the VCOM monitoring portal. Ensuring that the system is displaying in the relevant portfolio filter.• (O&M)-Monitor the system for the length of the contract in accordance with the System Monitoring procedure• (O&M)-Create a service cases• (O&M) -Generate performance reports in accordance with the contract requirements e.g. Monthly, quarterly, or annually• (O&M)-Mark the report task off of NetSuite and submit to customer reporting contact• (O&M)-Present the report during regular customer meetings.• (O&M)-Close the outstanding annual inspections in NetSuite• (LGC)-Collect inverter data for LGC submission🗓️ Work Setup• 📍 Location: Work in Office – Eastwood, Quezon City• 🕒 Shift: Shifting🏢 About Tech Mahindra Philippines• We’re a global provider of IT and business process services, helping industries like telecommunications, healthcare, retail, banking, e-commerce, travel, and logistics.
