Our panel is one of the most diverse and responsive in the industry.We’re a lean team of ~30 people across Sydney, Manila, and the U.S. We’ve recently become profitable and we are ramping up to accelerate growth.💼 The RoleYou’ll join our Manila team as a Finance & Admin Specialist. Reporting directly to our Finance Manager in Sydney to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.Your work will focus primarily on core accounting responsibilities across our US and AU entities - including bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing and supporting month-end close. You’ll help maintain accurate records, keep processes tight, and ensure our financial operations scale cleanly as the business grows.While finance is the core of this role, you’ll occasionally assist with light admin and office management tasks - like coordinating equipment purchases - but this will be a small part of the role. As Respondent continues to grow, you’ll also have opportunities to take on deeper finance duties.📌 What You’ll DoBank reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations across all accounts.Handle AP/AR operations: Prepare invoices, process SOWs, order forms, POs, and manage vendor payments and payables.Support month-end close: Assist with journals, accruals, and other month end duties.Drive process improvement: Help streamline financial workflows, documentation, and tools as we scale.Office management: From time to time, assist with admin or office-related tasks (e.g. ordering equipment, basic logistics).💡 What You’ll BringFinance and accounting foundations: An accounting degree with experience supporting AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end processes (CPA is a plus).Xero proficiency: You’ve worked with Xero and can jump in with confidence from day one.AU/US accounting familiarity: Experience working with AU/US accounting practices - you understand the nuances and can navigate them confidently.Organised and detail-driven: You care about accuracy, clean documentation, and following things through to completion.Comfortable with variety: You’re happy switching between various finance duties and occasional admin tasks when needed.🤝 Why Join UsMeaningful impact: Your work will keep the financial engine of a fast-scaling, profitable startup running smoothly.A chance to grow: Build toward deeper responsibilities - consolidation, reporting, and more - as the team expands.Stability with momentum: We’re a profitable 30-person startup scaling globally - the best of both worlds.Supportive culture: Join a tight-knit global team (Sydney, Manila, US) that values clarity, kindness, and high performance.
