Practice: Chief Finance Officer & Enterprise Value, I Areas of Work: Finance Transformation, Consulting |Level: Manager | Location: Manila,Philippines | Years of Experience: 8+ yearsKey Responsibilities include:Leading the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation•Delivering As-Is process assessment and To-Be process design and providingrecommendations for improvement•Leading the finance shared services operating model design and implementation•Conducting business case analysis for a shared services / outsourcing advisory /operations transformation / process improvement program•Supporting the client account team in business development including leading client RFPresponse, solution development, participating in client orals, commercials etcDevelopingand maintaining relationships with clients and networks•Using S&C and CFO&EV methods, frameworks and assets to deliver solutions to clients•Supporting the development and contributing to the S&C and CFO&EV practice,capabilities and solutionsYour skills and experience count!Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, especially Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report•Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, targetoperating model design, setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared servicecenters•Basic understanding or working knowledge of some of the leading finance systems such asSAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.•Good communication, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills•Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation•Open to cross-country relocation
