Job Description:Replying feedback via our omni-channel system (CEH), Telephone Calls and face2face, handling emergency accidents and incidentsMaking AnnouncementsAssisting with the loaning of amenities, Lost & Found/ Lost & Found Kids/ Senior CitizensOpening and Closing of CounterAssisting customers with direction face2face, telephone calls, performing extra mile services, Delighting customers on daily basis and festive seasonJob Requirements:Good writing in English and BahasaGood communication skill in English and Bahasa. Other languages will be an advantageHave 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service Related/ F&B/ Hotel & Management IndustryRequired to overtime during peak, work on shift, weekend and public holiday.Willing to be based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.
