The Assistant Account Manager, Walgreens role will play an essential supporting role within the Walgreens Business Team. This individual will partner closely with the Sr. Account Manager to manage day-to-day business operations and execute strategic initiatives that drive brand visibility, product performance, and retail execution.The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are essential, as this role will support innovation tracking, merchandising initiatives, and performance reporting.This is a hybrid position based out of our Chicago office, with an expectation of three days per week of in-office collaboration. We have a strong preference for candidate based in the Chicagoland area and able to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days/week) from our Chicago office, but we are open to considering highly qualified remote candidates for this position.Key Responsibilities Business Support & Daily OperationsSupport the Sr. Account Manager in executing day-to-day needs of the Walgreens business.Maintain key documents, timelines, and deliverables to ensure team alignment and timely execution.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, supply chain, retail execution) and external retail partners.Launch & Merchandising SupportOwn the creation of recaps for innovation launches, in-store merchandising tests, and new product/display rollouts.Partner with cross-functional teams to collect photos, sell-in and sell-through data, and qualitative feedback for performance summaries.Support setup and executional tracking for in-store displays and promotional activations.Performance Analysis & ReportingProvide regular reporting on performance KPIs such as sell-through, distribution, and execution compliance.Analyze promotional and merchandising performance, identifying insights and trends to support strategic decision-making.Contribute to post-program evaluations with learnings and recommendations for future activationsParticipate in the Sales & Operation process and understand the customer P&L.A bit about you… Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required2–4 years of relevant experience in account management, retail marketing, sales support, or merchandising; beauty experience preferred but not required.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.Familiarity with retail and CPG industry trends; experience working with Walgreens is a plus.A bit about us…We are No7 Beauty Company, a division of Walgreens Boots Alliance, a modern consumer goods company with purpose, that combines the best of traditional companies with the vibrancy and pace of a new digital-first business.
