Our solutions from automation and analytics to personalized experiences and decision support aim to improve efficiency, cut costs, and grow your business.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Assistant will support daily financial operations of AI Mind X, including bookkeeping, payment processing, expense tracking, and assisting with monthly financial reporting. The role ensures accurate and timely recording of transactions and supports compliance with financial procedures and local regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) in the accounting system.Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Prepare supplier payments and staff reimbursements.Issue invoices to clients and follow up on collections.Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.Banking & Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations and update cash flow records.Monitor petty cash and ensure timely replenishment.Financial Reporting Support: Assist in month-end closing and basic financial statements preparation.Work with external accountants or auditors for tax submission and annual reporting.Compliance & AdministrationSupport documentation for tax, audit, and statutory filings.Ensure records are organized and audit-ready.Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).Proficient in accounting softwareDetail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.Basic understanding of Malaysian accounting and tax requirements (added advantage).Open-minded and proactive in process improvement or digitalization of records.Benefits:Medical coverageProfessional developmentTraining and developmentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
