Maintain accounting system to ensure system work correctly.Maintain integrity of the GL transactions by auditing expenses, prepare GL and approve ledger entries by auditing transactions.Review all expenses documentation and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations. Preparation core items in P&L for weekly and monthly forecast Review Taxations expenses and ensure that all aspects of Tax expenses are covered risks. Reconcile intercompany transactions and GL balance on monthly basisPrepare monthly consolidation report for Vietnam entities.Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors and tax inspections.Review and control accounts payable, accounts receivable, Fixed asset, bank transactions….Declare VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT report monthly and yearly.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials. Complete other duties, assignments and special projects as requested.Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Perform other duties as assigned.What You Need? Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s commercial, legal, and taxation regulations. Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. English communication skills are an advantage. What We Offer A dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and continuous improvement. Collaborative team culture.
