Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Gisenyi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves supervising day-to-day activities, monitoring sales performance, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting employee training, and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate teams.Customer service and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences and handle inquiries professionally.Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing operational tasks and addressing issues efficiently.Proficiency in sales and marketing principles to support business development and revenue growth.Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations processes.Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to both office and remote work environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a managerial role within retail or a related sector is an advantage.
