With features like offline access, mobile support, and interoperability, eFiche bridges gaps in healthcare delivery and fosters a connected health ecosystem across Africa.Finance & Compliance LeadeFiche is scaling rapidly across Rwanda and the continent — and we’re looking for a Finance & Compliance Lead to strengthen our financial systems, manage donor-funded projects, and ensure full compliance across our operations.What You’ll DoLead financial management, budgeting, and reporting across projectsManage donor compliance, including contracts, audits, and grant requirementsStrengthen internal controls, policies, and documentation systemsCoordinate procurement, expenditure reviews, and financial risk managementWork closely with program, product, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellenceWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA required)8+ years’ experience in finance, audit, or grant managementDemonstrated experience working with donor-funded projects (e.g., foundations, multilaterals, NGOs)Strong command of compliance, reporting standards, and financial controlsHands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentIf you’re excited about building strong financial systems and supporting the growth of a leading African health-tech company, we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sending your CV and cover letter to: careers@efiche.africa
