This position works closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams — including sales, production, and design — to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective market communication.The role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing consumer insights, and assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. The Assistant Brand Manager also contributes to product development, packaging design, and promotional activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and aligned with company objectives.This position is ideal for a dynamic and analytical professional who is passionate about brands, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or FMCG industry (preferred).Experience with market research, consumer insights, or digital marketing campaigns is an advantage.Required SkillsStrong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and market segmentation.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Nielsen, etc.) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong project management skills.Preferred SkillsFMCG background Working hoursWorking Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMWork Environment: 70% office-based, 30% fieldwork
