Job Salary Range: 14.000.000 - 20.000.000/month + Incentive Knowledge & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Economics, or related fields. • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in brand/project/creative/planning management roles. • Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, beauty, FMCG, or branding agencies. • Strong understanding of the brand development process – from positioning to execution and measurement.Skills • Excellent planning, project management, and strategic thinking skills. • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to evaluate visual and communication messages effectively. • Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, PowerPoint, Canva/AI tools, and basic understanding of digital media channels. • Strong communication, writing, presentation, and teamwork skills.Personal Attributes • Systematic thinker with a multidimensional approach to problem-solving. • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a managerial role within 6–12 months. • Resilient under pressure, passionate about branding, and demonstrates strong ownership. • Modern and refined aesthetic taste, suitable for the premium dental and medical industry.Describtion:Brand Strategy Development • Support in building brand positioning, mid- and long-term brand strategies, core values, personality, and brand story. • Propose ideas, insights, and new directions for the dental brand’s growth strategy. • Collaborate in developing brand architecture, integrated communication plans, and new brand launch strategies.Brand Execution Management • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of branding, PR, digital, KOL/KOC, and event activities. • Write creative briefs, evaluate creative concepts, and review communication materials to ensure brand consistency. • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Ads, Design, Customer Service, etc.) and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.Market & Competitor Research • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and track trends in the dental and healthcare industries. • Analyze competitors, synthesize data, and propose strategic brand solutions. • Regularly update and study successful case studies in healthcare, beauty, and luxury service branding.Brand Image & Experience Management • Supervise brand image, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints (online & offline). • Participate in updating and refining the brand guideline, visual identity system, and brand assets. • Recommend improvements in visuals, content, and customer experience to enhance brand awareness and emotional connection.Training & Capability Development • Work directly under the guidance of the Marketing Director and receive mentorship to grow into the Brand Manager position. • Learn and deepen expertise in brand strategy, communication, customer experience, and creative leadership.
