Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BESS Engineer located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The BESS Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing battery energy storage systems (BESS). Daily tasks include system integration, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves conducting technical evaluations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related fieldExperience in the design, testing, and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Skills in system performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizationProficiency in using simulation tools and software relevant to energy systemsKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in energy storage and electrical systemsExcellent problem-solving and technical communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsPrior experience in renewable or sustainable energy projects is a plus
