Lanier Flight Center fosters a professional and supportive environment for aspiring aviators, emphasizing safety, skill development, and success in aviation careers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Gainesville, GA (KGVL) and Peachtree Dekalb, GA (KPDK), for an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of flight training programs, supervising and mentoring other instructors, and ensuring compliance with flight training standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include performing flight checks, maintaining training records, and overseeing aircraft utilization and maintenance schedules.QualificationsExperience in flight operations, including Air and Flight Test knowledgeLooking for longterm solutionProficiency in Aircraft operation and Aircraft Maintenance proceduresStrong skills in Program Management related to aviation training and operationsCertified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) ratings requiredExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesCommitment to upholding safety protocols and flight training standardsPrevious experience in a similar leadership or instructional aviation role is preferred
