The position is all about people and creating strong relationships and great experiences. CM/PC would be responsible to run operations of 15,000 25,000 Sq. Ft. Office Space and handling Revenue over 40 Million INR/Annum. The ideal candidate must have good experience in hands-on implementation and effective in building/growing a community while managing Revenue and P&L. Assistant Community Manager will focus on execution of Standard Protocols.Roles & Responsibilities Profit Center head (including but not limited to):ASR and margin analysisExpense ControlCollectionsRenewalsVendor managementRetail ManagementCost optimizationBuild and expand community:Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and hyperlocal alliances & partnershipsClient satisfaction and service delivery which lead to:Maximum renewals at the budget seat priceMaintain above target CSAT scoreEvery member being a Brand Ambassador for AWFISTraining and People development:Guided Practice & Coaching to sub-ordinates and Facility TeamSelf-development & Readiness for next level: Shadow Community ManagerVendor Management:Conformance to Purchase-to-Pay processFacilities Management:Ensure Upkeep of the CentreDiligent towards Preventive Maintenance CalendarAdherence to Compliances & ProtocolsAdapts to Environmental-Socio-Governance nuances diligentlyExecution of activities directed towards Client Engagement & Brand Initiatives, CSR Execution of all Company Driven ideas and initiatives Team Player:Collaborate within Team & other stakeholders to drive execution We are looking for Candidates with:Exemplary Customer service skills and recordAn extrovert personalityAware and with keen interest in current affairsAmbition and drive to demonstrate continuous upgradation in skills and knowledgeEnthusiasm and demonstrating noticeable participationKey skills in Relationship Management, Operations, Cost & Revenue ManagementWith a hunger to grow with a 2-year focus on managing additional/increased responsibilityExcellent written and verbal communicationBelief in Extremely strong Process executionEligibility:Minimum experience of 3-5 yearsShould have managed an annual revenue of a minimum of 2.5 million INRWorked at a Revenue Centre in the last 2 yearsProficient with MS SpreadsheetExcellent communications skillsGraduate in any stream, MBA preferred.Should be familiar with the local languageMember of Community Service Club, Social and Focused Groups/ Club/sLocationsPune
