This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, branding, and lead generation to support our fast-expanding preschool franchise network.🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan, execute & optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads.Generate high-quality franchise & admission leads.Create and manage landing pages for better conversions.Track daily performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).2. SEO & Website ManagementHandle SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, backlinks).Improve keyword ranking and organic traffic.Regular website updates & performance monitoring.3. CRM & Lead Flow ManagementManage end-to-end CRM operations.Ensure proper lead tracking, allocation & follow-up.Analyse lead quality & conversion pipeline reports.4. Franchise Marketing Support (New Point Added ✔)Create marketing strategies for franchise acquisition.Support franchise partners with local marketing plans.Coordinate branding material: hoardings, banners, brochures.Provide franchisees with digital promotional content for admissions.5. Offline & Online BrandingPlan monthly marketing calendar & campaigns.Coordinate with designers for creative content, videos & reels.Manage print vendors & ensure quality output.📌 Required SkillsExpertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).Strong command over CRM platforms (LeadSquared/Zoho preferred).Knowledge of WordPress / Canva is an added advantage.Strong analytical & communication skills.🎓 EducationGraduate (Any Stream)Digital marketing certification preferred.📍 Job LocationModinagar (On-site role) Nearby candidates (Meerut, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad) preferred.🕒 JoiningImmediate joiners preferred.
