Location: RemoteStart: ImmediatelyIf your screen time is 90% Instagram, 10% “research” on reels, and your love language is replying to DMs and comments, we should talk.We are looking for someone who canOwn and grow multiple social media pagesHave 2-4 years of experience managing and growing brand pages on Instagram and MetaBuild and nurture a real community, not just chase vanity metricsStay on top of trends, formats, audios, and meme cultureSpeak like a human, not a corporate brochureLives on Instagram and Meta, knows what the algorithms are pushing right now, and can back every creative idea with data.What you will be doingManaging social media accounts for lifestyle, real estate and hospitality brands.Planning monthly content calendars with hooks, formats and ideas.Posting and managing day-to-day content across Instagram. LinkedIn. Actively engaging with the community. Comments, DMs, stories, polls, lives and more.Spotting content trends early and adapting them smartly for our brands.Running basic experiments. A or B testing hooks, thumbnails, posting times, reel covers, etcCoordinating with designers, editors and founders to get posts out on time.Using insights from Meta and platform analytics to refine content. timings, hooks, formats, creativesTracking numbers.
