Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Work with ROC and other relevant government entities. Manage documentation for clients, banks, and government institutions. Assist with filing returns and forms with government authorities. Communicate and assist clients as and when required. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Relevant experience in a similar role is required. Good knowledge of company law and company secretarial practices, including attending meetings and working with the eROC system.
