At RLB Europe, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Cost Manager to join our growing team.This is a training position, ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in the construction industry. Cost Management is a core discipline at the heart of RLB’s services. You’ll work within our Spanish team and collaborate with our wider RLB Graduate Community across Europe and the UK, benefitting from our structured Graduate Development Programme, mentorship, and real-world project exposure.What is Cost Management?Cost Management (often known as Quantity Surveying in some regions) is about ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from their investments in the built environment.That means helping clients plan and control costs at every stage of a project — from early feasibility and budgeting through to procurement, construction, and final delivery. It’s about balancing quality, time, and cost to deliver projects that are both financially sound and sustainably delivered.At RLB, our Cost Managers are trusted advisors, working closely with architects, engineers, and developers on projects ranging from commercial offices and hotels to data centres, infrastructure, and residential developments.Key ResponsibilitiesRole ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Cost Manager, you’ll be supported to learn and develop the skills needed to become a fully qualified professional.
