Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Development Manager to join our team on-site in Toorak, VIC. In this role, you will support project planning, monitor budgets and timelines, assist in coordinating with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. You will analyze market research, assist in preparing project proposals, and contribute to the overall success of development projects. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to ensuring projects are executed effectively. Qualifications Experience in project management, property development, and stakeholder coordination.Strong skills in research, data analysis, and preparing detailed reports to inform project decisions.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of development regulations and compliance requirements in the property industry is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.A Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field is preferred.
