You’ll gain exposure to acquisitions, project planning, consultant management, and delivery - all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality, innovation, and relationships come first.This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about property development and eager to take the next step in their career within a supportive, high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior team members in managing all aspects of the development process, including feasibility, planning, design, and delivery.Prepare feasibility studies, project briefs, and consultant documentation.Support coordination of design and consultant teams through key project milestones.Collaborate with project managers, builders, and consultants to achieve high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Contribute to sales, marketing, and purchaser coordination during delivery and settlement stages.Maintain accurate project reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.About You2+ years’ experience in property development, project management, construction, or a related field.A relevant tertiary qualification in property, commerce, engineering, or construction management.Strong analytical and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail.Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across internal and external teams.Passionate about Brisbane’s evolving property landscape and eager to grow within a dynamic development environment.Why JoinYou’ll be part of a collaborative, design-driven team passionate about delivering projects that define Brisbane’s skyline.
