The role will focus on establishing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, coordinating system integrations, and ensuring seamless connectivity across PalmPay’s digital payment infrastructure.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, and banking integrations, with prior experience working in fintech, NBFC, or digital banking environments.Key Responsibilities Channel Integration & Technical CoordinationLead end-to-end integration between PalmPay’s platform and partner banks, payment gateways, and institutional channelsDefine and manage API integration frameworks, ensuring security, scalability, and performanceOversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of integrated financial solutionsIdentify and resolve technical issues, working closely with global tech and product teams Partnership & Business Development SupportCollaborate with the Banking Partnership and Business teams to identify integration opportunities with local financial institutionsBuild strong relationships with technical teams at partner organizations to ensure effective coordination and project deliveryParticipate in contract negotiations by providing integration and system feasibility inputs Project Management & DeliveryDevelop and manage project plans for all integration initiatives, ensuring timely execution and deliveryMonitor milestones, resource allocation, and risks to ensure project successReport on integration progress, timelines, and key KPIs to management System Optimization & Process ImprovementContinuously evaluate and improve integration architecture and data flow efficiencyEstablish best practices for system design, deployment, and maintenanceEnsure compliance with SBP, SECP, and data protection regulations Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to align integration strategies with business objectivesSupport the development of new products and digital channels through effective backend connectivityQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in API integration, payment systems, or fintech system coordinationStrong understanding of banking integrations, fund settlement processes, and transaction routingExperience working with financial APIs, middleware platforms, and microservices architectureProven track record in project management and partner integration in fintech, NBFC, or payment institutionsFamiliarity with SBP guidelines, ISO8583, PCI DSS, and data security standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration experienceFluency in English and Urdu (written and verbal)Preferred SkillsCertification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plusHands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, and API documentation toolsFamiliarity with payment switch integration, card scheme operations, and reconciliation processesStrong technical documentation and analytical skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with annual performance-based reviewTwo festival bonuses per yearMobile and internet allowanceOpportunity to lead high-impact fintech integration projects in a multinational environmentPowered by JazzHRVv05ixkgBz
