Your role ensures the property, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with brand standards.QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building ManagementMinimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or in the same level position in a large-scale and luxury hotel or resortStrong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skillsProven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team while ensuring safety and efficiencyBroad understanding of hotel facilities, maintenance operations, and safety standardsGood command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, Email and general computer literacy
