At Ascott, you’ll be part of a global team shaping revenue strategies across markets while growing your career with one of the world’s most respected lodging businesses.What You’ll DoRevenue Strategy & Forecasting – Develop and implement multi-brand revenue management strategies, pricing models, and demand forecasts to maximize profitability.Market & Performance Analysis – Conduct competitive benchmarking, market trend analysis, and performance reviews to recommend strategic adjustments.Distribution & Channel Management – Oversee 3rd-party distribution channels, website booking process, and contracted rates while optimizing cost of distribution.Yield & Inventory Management – Manage daily pick-up analysis, group business pricing, inventory availability, length of stay controls, and overall yield operations.System & Process Oversight – Ensure system accuracy, maintain data quality, audit reservation standards, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.Collaboration & Leadership – Partner with sales, operations, and reservations teams, while coaching hotel leaders to strengthen revenue culture.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or related field.5–7 years of hands-on hotel revenue management experience, ideally at cluster or multi-property level.Strong knowledge of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, CRS, GDS, OTA extranets.Familiarity with hospitality distribution, competitive benchmarking, and data-driven decision making.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Willingness to travel to Pattaya on a pre-determined or ad hoc basis for business needs.Why Join Us?At Ascott, you’ll join a global company headquartered in Singapore, with over 100,000 operating units worldwide across more than 30 countries.
