We possesse immense power of innovation, immagination and a desire to attract and retain the best; provide them with encouragement, stimulus, and make them feel that they are an integral part of the company's mission.PurposeOversees and supervises the plant operations ensuring safe and efficient utilization of resources.Responsible for Implementation of HSEQ and related SOPs.Education: DAE Electrical or MechanicalExperience: Minimum of 2 + years of experienceAreas Of ResponsibilityAssist AM/DM in efficient utilization of resources in order to achieve daily and monthly targets as per SOPA Plant Operator oversees the operation of pumps, ensuring safe and efficient processing of materialsMonitoring and adjusting vacuum levels, temperature, and pressure to meet specific process requirementsAssisting AM/DM Daily and Monthly reconciliation of results and efficiencies as per defined SOPsIndustrial or manufacturing settings, potentially with loud machinery and hot temperatures.May require working in rotating shifts (especially night) weekends, or overtime.Specialized training in plant operation, emergency procedures, and equipment maintenance. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors and external stakeholders.
