S/he will be leading a team and keeping them intact in attaining goals.QualificationsCollege graduate in BS Electrical Engineering, BS Hospitality Management, Bachelor in Facility Management, or BS Business AdministrationLicensed Electrical Engineer or with at least 5 years of experience in property managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service orientationDuties And ResponsibilitiesDevelops, maintains and implements monthly work plan activities for the Engineering GroupDevices cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all the equipment and facilitiesImplement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumptionEnsures all needed tools, spare parts, equipment and operating supplies are defined, maintained and sourced out properly/timely to keep an appropriate inventory level and source are known/availableImplements consistent housekeeping maintenance at all times and compliance to all safety rules and regulations that are appropriate for operating/monitoring/maintaining equipment and machineryMonitors and controls the cost of operating and maintaining equipment and treatment programs including finding ways to improve tools/equipment performance, utilization and manpower productivityMotivates and encourages subordinates towards continuous performance improvement, compliance to safety rules and regulations through coaching and direct supervision and performance appraisal/reviewsEnsures all aspects of the Engineering Department's needs are covered in the preparation of the annual budgetEnsures immediate response and closure of all customer concerns related to engineeringAnd all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
