Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support performance management and employee development initiatives.Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.Facilitate employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.Support recruitment processes, assist in employee relations issues, manage payroll tasks, and facilitate employee training programs.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience Level: Less than one year of experience in HR or related roles is required.Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in employee relations, payroll management, and training and development.Working Conditions: Office environment, general hours are Monday to Friday, occasional extended hours may be required.Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
