With its emphasis on blending luxury with approachable comfort, The Den caters to both modern and traditional travelers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Financial Controller based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with budgeting and financial planning, monitoring financial operations, and providing analytical insights for decision-making. The individual will also collaborate closely with management to optimize financial performance.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and AccountingProficient in Analytical Skills and FinanceAbility to interpret and apply accounting standards and financial regulationsDetail-oriented with excellent numerical and organizational skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance (CA or equivalent certification is an added advantage)Working knowledge & experience in financial management roles, in the Hotel / Hospitality industry, is imperative
