The Field Application Specialist Position Will Be Responsible ForProvide pre and post sales technical application support to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectivesConduct product application trainings to customers and to internal team membersHow You’ll Make An ImpactProvide pre- and post-sales technical application supportProvide post-sales technical application support mainly for trouble shooting purpose to achieve customer satisfaction and meet business objectivesDevelop a systematic troubleshooting approach to diagnose common application problems to be shared among team membersManage product evaluation and provide feedback on further evaluation needs at customer site as part of sales process and ensure it meets business objectivesConduct pre-sales product demonstrations and presentationsConduct product application training, including preparing materials required, to customers and to internal staffsCreate training / Demo module (training notes, equipment, consumables & checklist) to be used as reference for other FASWork with manager to devise the yearly application training planEnsure that the Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is achieved and constantly improvedLog in all field visits in SFDCManaging ICCR submissions and monitoring its trendsSubmit ICCR to Division Technical Support Team timely fashionEnsure that all relevant documentation are in order and traceableConduct necessary follow up action related to ICCR submission and provide timely communication to the DivisionPerform organized filing for all ICCR submissionsReport ICCR trends on monthly basisSupport workshops/ Exhibitions & SeminarsPresentation on specific product applicationsPrepare materials required for workshop/exhibitions & seminarsManage relationships with key customersAdministrationMaintain technical application training filesEnsure all instruments used for evaluation are properly accounted forMaintain ICCR files and ensure it is well organized with all relevant documentation are in order and traceableWhat You BringProfessional experience working in clinical laboratory for at least 3 yearsExcellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skillsSuperior presentation and training skillsQualification Degree in Medical Technology or Sciences associated disciplineAble to work independently and pro-actively provide feedbackWho We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
