We foster a purpose-driven culture built on passion, optimism, and a genuine commitment to our customers, each other, and our planet.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accu-racy and compliance with accounting standards.Support and help improve the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analy-sis and financial modeling.Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory re-quirements and company policies.Perform analytical reviews of company activities, including profitability calculations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and process opti-mization.Assist in preparing materials for management and board reporting.QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) license.Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.Familiarity with financial systems (Priority experience is a plus).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level English proficiency in all aspects: reading, writing, and speaking.Join ZutaCoreAt ZutaCore, we offer a stimulating work environment where talented professionals can thrive.
