Department: Customer SupportLocation: EMEA-IsraelDescriptionWe’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to shape iTero’s end-to-end digital experience - from chairside scanning on physical devices to desktop and cloud-based clinician tools. In this role, you’ll turn complex clinical and spatial data into intuitive workflows that help dentists work with speed, confidence, and precision.You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to own experience definition from early problem framing through shipped solutions. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role for designers who enjoy tackling complex systems, navigating real-world constraints, and building products used every day in high-stakes clinical environments.Your work will directly influence how clinicians capture, interpret, and act on digital scans - setting the quality bar for iTero’s platform and shaping experiences relied on by practices around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UX for complex workflows spanning chairside device interactions, desktop applications, and cloud-based tools, from early problem framing to shipped outcomes.Own ambiguous problem spaces and drive clarity across clinical, technical, and business constraints.Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define experience strategy, scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.Translate clinician needs and dental workflows into scalable interaction models, information architecture, and UI patterns across the iTero ecosystem.Design experiences that support confidence and decision-making in real-time clinical moments, including clear feedback, error prevention, and recovery.Produce high-quality design work (flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI) aligned with the Align Design System and help evolve it where platform needs require.Plan and run research independently or with partners, synthesize insights, and turn them into actionable design decisions.Communicate design rationale and user impact clearly to cross-functional and distributed stakeholders.Support implementation through clear specs, edge-case thinking, and close collaboration with Engineering to ensure quality and accessibility.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise6–9 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, healthcare/MedTech, or complex platforms.Proven ability to own end-to-end experiences across multiple surfaces and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design depth, and shipped work with clear rationale.Experience designing complex, data-rich or multi-state workflows (e.g., configuration, dashboards, real-time feedback).Exposure to AI-assisted or algorithm-driven UX patterns, with an emphasis on trust, transparency, and human control.High bar for interaction and visual craft, including edge cases, error states, and recovery flows.Strong proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.Clear communicator who can explain decisions, navigate tradeoffs, and influence partners.Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Applicant Privacy PolicyReview our Applicant Privacy Policyfor additional information.Equal Opportunity StatementAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
