eMarketMed is a performance marketing agency specializing in acquiring high-value users for apps, eCommerce platforms, and digital brands. By utilizing targeted media buying, innovative lead generation funnels, and breakthrough creative strategies, We’re looking for an AI-native creative, a designer who thinks performance first and creates at the speed of the feed. Someone who comes from strong design roots, but lives inside AI tools.Someone who understands hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, viral formats and how all of that translates into CTR, CVR, and ROAS.This is a full-time, on-site role, working closely with media buyers and growth teams to turn creative into measurable results.Qualifications🎯 Creating high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google & more🎬 Producing short-form videos and AI-generated content at scale🧠 Developing performance-driven concepts and creative angles📊 Collaborating with media teams to test, iterate, and optimize🔥 Staying ahead of trends, formats, and emerging AI toolsWhat We’re Looking For✔ Strong background in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (must)✔ Heavy hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.)✔ Deep understanding of performance marketing creative✔ Experience in gaming / apps / digital brands big advantage✔ Ability to move fast, think analytically, and create boldly✔ Team player with strong communication skills
