Marcomit is growing! We are seeking versatile, tech-savvy designers to join our creative team and execute high-level visual projects for industry leading companies.The Role:Support & Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our Creative Director and a diverse range of clients - ranging from High-Tech, Food-Tech, and Green-Tech innovators to Defense giants and agile Start-ups.Design Execution: Create high-impact presentations, social media assets, web graphics, trade show booths, and marketing collateral.Impactful Innovation: Generate design executions that don't just look good but communicate compelling benefits and have impact.The Essentials:✅ Experience: 5+ years of professional design (agency background preferred).✅ The Toolkit: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id) and proficiency in Figma.✅ AI Integration: Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance, automate, and streamline the creative workflow.✅ Digital Mastery: Deep understanding of modern web design, UX/UI, and information architecture.✅ Presentations: Experience in designing advanced, high-level presentations in PowerPoint  (advantage)✅ Versatility: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles and high-quality execution.Work Terms (Full-Time):📍 Location: Ramot HaShavim (Hybrid – 1 day / week from home).🕒 Hours: Sun-Thu, 09:00-18:00.💼 Job Type: Full-time.(Freelance applications for specific projects are also welcome – please specify in your reach-out).
