Graphic Designer

The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product.Job Description:Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts for brand and marketing materials in various platforms and media. Modify and revise existing designs to meet marketing needs or to improve design quality. Research and stay up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and effective. Creating banners (static and animated), landing pages, mini-sites, and ads for the various media platforms Apply typography knowledge. Support brand development and ensure consistent branding across all materials. Planning design concepts according to the content calendarRequirements: Experience in an advertising agency or graphic studio (print & digital) - at least 1 year Graphic design certificate -a must, B.A degree -advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects – a must Knowledge of AI tools (such as Midjourney, ChatGPTManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines A self-starter with a can-do attitude who can work independently to lead and manage a special project Highly organized and has a keen eye for small details Fluent in English and HebrewLocation:Tel AvivBrand:DentsuTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
