The company offers a range of products designed for DevOps and FinOps teams responsible for managing cloud usage within organizations.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited by the challenge of making complex technology feel effortless. At Zesty, you’ll design end-to-end experiences, from ideation and discovery to prototyping, execution, and validation, helping to simplify the world of cloud infrastructure for our customers.You’ll work closely with Product, R&D, DevOps, and customers to shape tools that are both powerful and easy to use. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where designers have real ownership and impact.Your Ownership Will IncludeOwn the design process end to end, from research and ideation through to visual design and validationCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to create intuitive, user-centered solutionsTranslate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and beautiful interfacesConduct user research and usability testing with internal and external usersCreate wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished designs for new and existing featuresContribute to and evolve our design system to maintain visual and functional consistencyContinuously learn about the product’s technical context to inform design decisionsRequirements3-5 years of product design experience in SaaS or B2B environmentsPortfolio showing end-to-end design work, from discovery to execution.Understanding of the full product design process - research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.Ability to simplify complex, technical information into clear and intuitive user experiencesCuriosity and eagerness to dive into technical domains (e.g. cloud, DevOps, infrastructure)Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and working with design systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, R&D, and other stakeholdersAttention to detail and a high standard for design quality and consistencyGrowth mindset, open to feedback and continuous learningNice To HaveExperience in creating design systems and component librariesKnowledge of user analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support design decisionsPassion for simplifying complexity and improving workflows for technical usersWhy is it exciting being a Zester- At Zesty, we're a team of driven, forward-thinkers passionate about pushing the boundaries of cloud optimization.
