MHPL's core values include customerization, accountability, performance, growth, openness, sharing, and transparency.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to represent our company as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a warm, welcoming attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and follow up on pending issues.Maintain updated customer logs, records, and communication notes.Manage front desk operations including calls, queries, and correspondence.Ensure the reception area reflects the company’s image — clean, organized, and welcoming.Support basic administrative and documentation tasks related to customer service.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English & Nepali).Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in MS Office applications.Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and attention to detail.
