The Assistant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include team and staff management, assisting in implementing operational strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing guest concerns. The role also involves collaborating with department leaders to maintain consistency and quality in service offerings.QualificationsProven experience in Hospitality Management, Leadership, and Staff OversightStrong skills in Operations Management, Decision-Making, and Problem-SolvingExceptional Guest Relations, Communication, and Interpersonal SkillsExperience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Revenue ManagementProficiency with hotel management systems and standard office softwareAbility to foster a team-oriented environment and ensure employee compliance with policiesKnowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as customer service policiesBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
