Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for managing equipment maintenance, ensuring the execution of preventive maintenance plans, and diagnosing and resolving defects in machinery. They will also oversee maintenance and repair tasks, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance EngineeringExperience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive MaintenanceKnowledge of Electrical Maintenance and related systemsStrong trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills for machinery and equipmentExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in an on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Systems, or a related field is preferredExperience in packaging or manufacturing industries is an advantage
