Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Toccoa, GA. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, providing leadership to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while upholding company values. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating production schedules, implementing strategies to optimize productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will collaborate with various departments to align processes and support company goals. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and proactive decision-makingStrong organizational and operational abilities, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimizationUnderstanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and production processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and drive cross-functional initiativesAdaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic and fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is highly advantageousProficiency in relevant software tools and systems
