Assistant Inventory Supervisor - Warehouse, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

Job DescriptionAssist supervisor in managing inventory activities including but not limited to replenishment, cycle count and ABC ManagementAssist and act as the led in troubleshooting activities Ensure each and every KPI are met Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the departmentEnsure the division is staffed with skilled manpower Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inventory process and optimize the use of space in the warehouseEnsure all goods are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse Provide performance reports to Supervisors for review. Any ad-hoc tasks assignedRequirements1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing operations Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.Intermediate computer skills such as Excel and Google Sheet. Has supervisory experience managing operators Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if requiredWorking location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
