Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalalabad for an Assistant IT Manager. The role involves assisting in the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, evaluating new technologies, and supporting IT security protocols. The Assistant IT Manager will collaborate with team members to ensure resources are efficiently allocated and IT projects are completed on time while maintaining service standards. Qualifications Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware setup, and software application managementSkills in troubleshooting, technical support, and system optimizationFamiliarity with IT security practices and data protection protocolsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilitiesGood communication and teamwork skills to manage and support staffProficiency in network management and system monitoring toolsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredExperience in IT management or related roles is an advantage
