Keep reading—this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.A Day in the LifeAs a Assistant Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the key link between L’Oréal and our retail partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence; you’ll work cross-functionally with Commercial, Planning, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to deliver superior customer satisfaction and cost optimization across the End-to-End supply chain.The Key Account Supply Chain Assistant Manager is responsible for developing deep, collaborative partnerships with key clients through transparent information exchange. This is crucial for delivering seamless service, optimizing costs across the entire End-to-End supply chain, and ultimately ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The role itself combines hands-on operational tasks with strategic planning, with the balance naturally evolving towards greater strategic involvement as expertise growsBe responsible for managing the Customer supply chain relationship with our key retail partners.Lead monthly meeting, meet regularly with retailer’s Supply Chain and work collaboratively on a wide range of topics and projects (demand, service level, stock in trade, physical distribution …)Work closely with key retailers in a truly collaborative partnership, to deliver improvement against Key Supply Chain Metrics including Service Level, On-Shelf Availability (ISA), On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), Stock In-Trade (SIT) and Market ReturnsPropose orders and maximize availability.Work alongside Commercial team and Business Planning team to ensure best-in-class launch and promotional execution within the accountCoordinate information sharing between customers and commercial team about unfulfillment orders, product availability, short-term catalog changes, promotions, festive & animationsWork cross-functionally with the Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning and Warehouse teamsCoordinate the information sharing (quantities and phasing agreement) on cruising products, promotions and launches, between the sales team and the customer.Analyse shortage causes, including the ones on shelf, and propose actions both internally and with the client.Ensure that the processes (supply, legal disputes, returns) are aligned between the customer and the Business Unit, and define a dashboard with the shared indicators.Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages, and work both internally and with the client in order to limit its impacts.Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between the Business Unit/Subsidiary and the client.Lead, manage and publish in house reporting (Stock In-Trade and Sellout) to stakeholders on monthly basisKPI: ISA, Service Level, Stock in Trade, Collaboration projects, KA Forecast Accuracy, Cost to Serve, Net Promoter Score.You’ll Thrive In This Role If YouHave 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain role, demand planning, or similar (FMCG preferred). Possess strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills with a solid business acumen. Excel at relationship management and stakeholder collaboration. Bring deep knowledge of Excel (mandatory), with experience in SAP and PowerBI as a plus.
